  Registration Policy and Procedures for Conference Participants
• Registration will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
• To register to attend the conference, please complete the on-line
  registration form. We only accept on-line registrations. Registration
  opens on 15 October 2007 and closes on 15 February 2008.
• All registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Registration for Paper or Poster Presenters
• If you intend to submit a paper or poster presentation, please fill up the
  appropriate section in the registration form to enjoy the preferential rate.
• Once a decision has been made on your paper/poster presentation, you
  will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
• If your paper/poster was not selected for the conference, you can
  select either to;
  1. opt out of the conference altogether and get a full refund; or
  2. participate as a participant at the conference published rates where
     you will be required to top up the difference in payment, if any.

Cancellation Policy
• Requests for refunds must be made in writing. There will be a SGD70
  processing fee for cancellations before or on 15 February 2008. No
  refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 15 February
  2008.
• Replacements will be accepted with 2 weeks of advanced notice made
  in writing.
